PORTFOLIOS
Model Portfolios

Diversification is key to achieving your financial goals. It helps you capture gains in rising markets and aims to protect your portfolio during periods of market volatility.
Our portfolios are constructed using two specialised asset-class funds to ensure effective diversification. Two funds (Open Ended Investment Companies (OEICS)) are used – BLACKWOOD PRIME and BLACKWOOD KEYSTONE. These funds provide access to major asset classes, including global equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
We offer five risk-based model portfolios, ranging from level 3, the lowest risk, to level 7, the most adventurous.
Risk management is achieved through blending the two funds in order to achieve a match with the clients attitude to investment risk.
Keystone focuses on fixed income, while Prime includes global equities and alternative investments. This complementary management approach minimizes overlap in holdings and risk exposure within the portfolio.
Our fund structure allows our investment managers to access assets cost-effectively, unrestricted by the limitations of traditional investment platforms.

Changes in foreign exchange rates may have an adverse effect on the price, value or income of an investment.
