Our History
The Blackwood portfolios were founded in 2017. The vision of Blackwood was to better serve the IFA client community through a forward looking style of on-platform investment management that demonstrated transparency, accountability and value.
Blackwood Asset Management can be easily integrated into the growing number of investment wrap platforms in both the UK and overseas markets. Blackwood is completely impartial about which platform is used and is unrestricted in respect of integration with new to market platforms.
Blackwood Asset Management is a trading style of SORBUS PARTNERS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number OC378465. SORBUS PARTNERS LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference number 588466.
INTEGRA Publishing Limited is retained by SORBUS PARTNERS LLP through it trading style Blackwood Asset Management, to provide distribution services. This includes website design, maintenance and development. INTEGRA also is responsible for publishing content in its magazine and organising events and other communications. It does not share any data relating to underlying client details.
